FAQ
What is included in the price?
The price is for a maximum of two people per night including a one-off cleaning fee.
What is not included in the costs?
The taxes charged by the city per person and night are not included. Taxes can be paid online. You will receive a link from us for the payment.
How much is the pet surcharge?
A pet costs an additional EUR 20.00 per night.
Can I cancel a reservation that I've made myself?
- If you cancel before the start of the rental period, we refund 50% from the second day of the rental. The first day will be charged at 100%.
- If you do not cancel before the start of the rental period, we will have to charge the full rental amount.
